EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Tuesday: CTRP, FOSL, VOD, YPF Wednesday: BZH, CNQR, CSCO, DBD, ECA, ENR, JCP, M, NTAP, ROK MARKET NOTE: A rising U.S. dollar ($USD) and falling crude oil prices ($WTIC) have triggered a mind-blowing rally in transports ($TRAN), especially airline stocks ($DJUSAR). Things are going to get interesting soon, however, as the USD challenges MAJOR price resistance in the 88-89 range dating back to the 2008-2010 period. Failure at this level would likely send crude oil prices higher, along with energy shares. A move through this resistance, however, will keep the pressure on within the energy space. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today, but we will be adding more stocks over the next few days so be watching for that. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: No comments at this time. All large cap stocks are fine technically but not at entry levels. Mid Cap Watch List: AMBA - Moved through 50 earlier today, representing more than a 40% rise since our entry levels were originally triggered. Earnings will be out in a few weeks and this one is extended so consider taking at least partial profits on this rally if you own. DSW - Falling back again to test its rising moving averages. MLNX - Currently resting almost squarely on its 20 day EMA. Small Cap Watch List: No comments at this time.
