EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: A, JEC, TSN, URBN Tuesday: DKS, HD, JACK, MDT, PETM, TJX MARKET NOTE: It's options expiration week and we've recently seen more upside action in the stock market than downside. Therefore, we show net in-the-money put premium in our primary ETFs that track our major indices. That always opens the door to possible selling in the near-term. Thus, I'm not surprised at how the market has started trading this week. We're also a bit on the overbought side so our momentum oscillators needed the relief. All in all, this is not bad action but we would like to see rising 20 day EMAs offer support on any upcoming test. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: AMGN - Nearly touched its rising 20 day EMA this morning before bouncing. ILMN - Nice hollow candle printing today thus far after the earning morning gap lower. RAX - Down over 1% on some profit taking, but we'd like see a bit more selling before entering. Mid Cap Watch List: CRS - Triggered out initial entry at 50.60 this morning and currently trades near that level. INFN - Hovering just above its rising 20 day EMA - fine technical action. IRBT - Held 34.00 support again last week and now closer to closing price resistance at 36.36. MLNX - Whipsaw action here has dominated lately and recent action almost appears in the form of a bullish symmetrical triangle. A bullish breakout would result on a close above 44.00, although the key price resistance level remains at 46.75. SNCR - Triggered second entry at 46.50 this morning and bouncing nicely. VPRT - Changed name to Cimpress and now has ticker symbol CMPR. Early action shows 20 day EMA test, which would trigger our initial entry. Those reported trades may not have been accurate, however, as trading at the open was very light. Small Cap Watch List: No comments at this time.
