EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: BRCD, NUAN, QIHU, WDAY Tuesday: ADI, CHS, CTRP, DSW, EV, HPQ, PLL, TIF, VAL, VEEV MARKET NOTE: We're off to another nice start this week as smaller cap issues return to favor. At last check, the Russell 2000 was up 0.78% and the NASDAQ was higher by 0.66%. The safer indices - the Dow Jones and S&P 500 - were much closer to the flat line as money rotates a bit away from safety and more towards risk. We see this also in sector performance with our four aggressive sectors - consumer discretionary, financials, technology and industrials - all residing in the top 5 sectors today. Only healthcare is keeping this from being a clean sweep by the bulls. Nice action. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: AMGN - Volume has tailed off a little as a negative divergence prints on the daily chart. If in a position, it wouldn't be a bad time to take some short-term profits given the risk. ILMN - Rallying off 20 day EMA support. Mid Cap Watch List: CRS - 20 day EMA has been solid support. Price resistance is at 52.87. A close above that level on nice volume would be very bullish. CUBE - Has bounced nicely off its 20 day EMA and is up 2-3% since that test. This is not a fast mover and while our target is ultimately 23.25, short-term traders could consider taking profits from the current level up to 21.40 - that's key closing resistance for now. INFN - 13.50 seems to be a magnet for now as volume subsides. MLNX - Showing some strength today, but a close over its key moving averages with a spike in volume would be bullish development. SNCR - Volume is not light as SNCR tests its recent price support in the 41.50-42.50 area. TASR - The reversal on Friday actually took TASR down close to its rising 20 day EMA - a solid entry point. CMPR - Triggered initial entry at the rising 20 day EMA and is back on the rise today. Small Cap Watch List: No comments at this time.
