EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Thursday: ADBE, CIEN, LULU Friday: NX MARKET NOTE: It's been anticipated that lower crude oil prices is providing more dollars for consumers to spend in other areas. Today's retail sales report would certainly support that theory as November retail sales surged higher by 0.7%, well above consensus estimates looking for a 0.4% rise. Our major indices are consolidating in bullish fashion as we work our way through what typically is a bearish historical period. This ends at Monday's close, at which time seasonal patterns turn EXTREMELY bullish. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: BMY - Volume is slowing, but the price action remains quite strong. HSIC - Weakness on Wednesday triggered an entry at the 20 day EMA and HSIC is responding quite bullishly today. V - Nothing stopping this runaway freight train. Mid Cap Watch List: CRS - Disappointing of late, but today's low of 48.14 nearly triggered our 2nd entry at 48.00. We have a closing stop here of 47.25. INFN - Continues to act very bullishly, bouncing off 20 day EMA support. Solid volume trends are in place here. IRBT - The more a stock hits a price level and bounces, the stronger price support becomes. IRBT has such a support level at 34.00. ODP - Broke out at the open today on very heavy and confirming volume. Great action here. TASR - Hit its 20 day EMA, printed a bullish hollow candle and continues to bounce. VDSI - Volume accelerating on today's near 5% advance. There's still an issue with the long-term negative divergence. Small Cap Watch List: NX - After this one hit our target, we've discussed it little because of the long-term negative divergence that's present. It reports quarterly results tomorrow, however, so it is being REMOVED FROM OUR WATCH LIST. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: NX is being removed as it reports its latest quarterly results on Friday morning. There are no other deletions today unless closing stops are violated. Happy trading!
