Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Tuesday: AGU, AOL, ASH, CTRP, CVS, ENR, FOSL, HAIN, ICE, KORS, LYV, MELI, NYX, OKE, RRGB, SAPE, TSLA, VRSK, WFT, Z Wednesday: ATVI, CBS, CHK, CNQR, DUK, DVN, DXCM, FSS, HSP, HUM, LAMR, MMC, POM, PRU, QCOM, RIG, RL, SCTY, TSO, TWX, WFM These are just a few of the companies reporting today and tomorrow. Please check earnings dates for any stocks you own. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. Keep in mind that we have adjusted our trading strategies to allow for an initial entry at the current price. 2nd and 3rd entries will be provided on the annotated charts that will be provided this evening. If you prefer keeping risks low, even if it means missing out on upside, consider waiting for the later entries instead of taking an initial position at current prices. Also remember that stocks will continually be added throughout earnings season. Therefore, review the stocks identified and consider owning those that are most appealing to you. Don't feel compelled to buy every stock added. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: NKE - Breaking to a fresh new high, but doing so on suspicious volume and with a long-term negative divergence. NKE stays on our Watch List, we just don't want to own it here. NUS - Volume remaining solid as it hits our latest target at 120.00. We'd await a pullback before re-entering. VMC - Pulling back today, a little more than a dollar from price support and our next entry. Mid Cap Watch List: AYI - Again testing gap and price support, but thus far holding. ASNA - Gaining strength. Love the recent successful 20 day EMA tests. A break above the 20.60 area is what we're looking for - higher volume would help. CIEN - Continues to consolidate/struggle just beneath key price support at 23.37. Our final entry is gap support at 22.40 with a closing stop beneath 22.00. DXCM - REPORTS EARNINGS TOMORROW AND IS BEING REMOVED FROM OUR WATCH LIST AT THIS TIME. Nice reversal today, but holding any stock into earnings is a big risk. FINL - Nice recovery after dipping beneath the 20 day EMA. A close above the 20 day EMA would be short-term bullish. EGOV - Sitting almost squarely at the top of gap support, which resides at 23.28. Our two entry points at 23.80 and 23.00 have both triggered. THOR - Very close to triggering our second entry at 41.50. TIBX - We are maintaining our closing stop beneath 23.75. TIBX has a positive divergence on its 60 minute chart, so no excuses here. Either it recovers from this level or it's stopped out. Small Cap Watch List: BLDR - Drifting lower on lessening volume. Our final entry at 7.00 is only 3% away. FSS - REPORTS EARNINGS TOMORROW AND IS BEING REMOVED FROM OUR WATCH LIST AT THIS TIME. LIOX - Hit our 5.30 target today (intraday high of 5.38) before reversing back to 5.10 at last check. If you look for re-entry, I'd wait for either 4.25 or the rising 20 day EMA.
