Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: AXL, CTB, DDS, DISH, ESRX, SINA Tuesday: AMT, BMO, CBI, CLR, CMCSA, ECL, EIX, FSLR, HD, HPQ, M, ODP, PBR, PLL, TOL, VAL, VRSK MARKET NOTE: It's a relatively flat day, which isn't bad action considering we broke out to fresh new highs at Friday's close, then saw a not-so-inspiring existing home sales report for January. Defensive groups are leading today's action mostly with healthcare in charge. Healthcare providers ($DJUSHP) like Humana (HUM) and WellCare Group (WCG) are driving prices higher. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch List today: BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: MCO - Hovering above its rising 20 day EMA. RHT - Having a rough day, but may have just set the right side of its neckline in a bullish inverse head & shoulders pattern. If so, a move back to 67.00-68.00 would establish a potential inverse right shoulder. Mid Cap Watch List: RYL - Poor existing home sales numbers for January affecting this industry negatively, but RYL still comfortably above key support levels. SYNA - Overbought, but the action has been very bullish. TASR - Nearing 28.00 price resistance with earnings coming up soon. I'd expect to see this stock trader higher, but we're going to REMOVE IT FROM OUR WATCH LIST. Great trade!!! Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
