Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Wednesday: CHK, CPB, CRM, DLTR, ECA, EV, LAMR, LL, LOW, MELI, RIG, RY, TGT, TJX, WLL Thursday: ADSK, BUD, CHS, CUBE, GPS, HLF, JCP, KSS, MNST, ROST, SHLD, SPLK, TASR, TD, WEN MARKET NOTE: The uptrend continues as the NASDAQ prints a higher daily low for the 11th consecutive day and as the Volatility Index (VIX) furthers breaks down. The lessening volatility is usually a very positive sign for equities and there's still another 10% drop possible in the VIX before it reaches a key price support level beneath 12.00. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to our Watch Lists today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: BA - has seen some profit taking the past couple sessions, but it was extremely overbought. ESRX - volume slowed a bit yesterday afternoon as we'd like to have seen a bit more volume by the end of the day to confirm the breakout. Still, we did see a bullish breakout. Today's selling is on heavy volume so we must keep our closing stop of 84.50 in play. Our second entry - the 20 day EMA - has yet to trigger. Mid Cap Watch List: KLIC - Broke to a fresh closing high on Tuesday's close with increasing volume. TASR - We've already removed TASR from our Watch List. This is just a friendly reminder that they report quarterly results on Thursday. Small Cap Watch List: There are no Small Cap Watch List stocks at this time.
