Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Thursday: CIEN, COST, KR Friday: FL, SPLS, TRCO MARKET NOTE: The bulls are back in business today after two days of selling. The selling did help to relieve overbought conditions, particularly in the NASDAQ which continues to be the major index of choice. The bulls managed to hold the 20 day moving average on the S&P yesterday which is back over 2100. Support is now yesterday's low of 2087 and resistance is the most recent high of 2119. We might have to wait for any significant move higher or lower until the release of tomorrow's monthly non-farm payroll report. MCO bouncing after testing 50 day RHT bouncing after testing 50 day ADBE bouncing after testing 20 day (Detecting a theme here?) Mid Cap Watch List: INFN - bouncing off of its 20 day RYL - trying to break out but needs more volume.
