EB WATCH LIST UPDATE REPORT

Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Wednesday: KKD, MW, Thursday: DG, REV MARKET NOTE: Stocks continue to struggle to find footing. All of the major indexes are off of the lows of the day but the bulls haven't been able to convince traders to get more aggressive on the long side. None of the major indexes are yet technically oversold, leaving more room to the downside should traders remain skeptical. A big first step for the bulls would be to move the S&P back over 2060, the 50 day moving average. To the downside there should be support near the 2025 level. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no new additions today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List: ADBE- Trying to hold price support near 76.02. BA - Testing the rising 20 day moving average. RHT- Down trending lately, price support just below 64, but reports earnings in next couple weeks so be aware of that. DATA - Recently tested price support near 90, up almost 2% today. Mid Cap Watch List: INFN - Still in breakout mode, level to watch is 17.84, then the rising 20 day moving average, currently 17.34. RYL - Bouncing of support at 44. Small Cap Watch List: VDSI - Up slightly, close to price support near the 21 level. Sitting at a good level for entry.
