Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday CMA, GE, HON, STX Monday CHKP, HAL, HAS, IBM, LRCX, MTB, MS, NVR, RMBS, RCL, STLD, STI, MARKET NOTE: This has been a rough start to the end of the week for the bulls. Selling could be traced to options expiration, weakness overseas and negative moving average formations on the Dow and S&P. The bulls know they need to hold 2085 on the S&P or face further selling. The VIX has shot up over 13% showing traders are suddenly more nervous. Just need to be cautious here to see if the selling slows or picks up into the close. Large Cap Watch List HRS - Down 2% as it tests its 20 day moving average of $78.40 MCO - Had mentioned yesterday he MACD was rolling over with the stock testing its 20 day moving average of $103.77 DATA - Down 6% on heavy volume after breaking out yesterday - Watch for support near $89-$90 Mid Cap Watch List GOGO - Looks like just printed right side of cup; a pull back to test rising 20 day would represent the handle KLIC - Failed at 50 day moving average. Watch on any pullback to see if $15 holds. ON - Giving up yesterday's gains but on much lighter volume RYL - Losing 20 day ema support but should have solid price support near $46 Small Cap Watch List RTEC - Failed at 50 day moving average. Watch for gap and price support at $10.84.
