Dear Members, KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Monday: BID, RAX, SLW Tuesday: DHI, DISH, DKS, MBI, NQ, SINA These are just a few of the companies reporting today and Tuesday. Please check earnings dates for any stocks you own. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There is one addition to the Mid Cap Watch List as follows: OPEN Keep in mind that we have adjusted our trading strategies to allow for an initial entry at the current price. 2nd and 3rd entries will be provided on the annotated charts that will be provided this evening. If you prefer keeping risks low, even if it means missing out on upside, consider waiting for the later entries instead of taking an initial position at current prices. Also remember that stocks will continually be added throughout earnings season. Therefore, review the stocks identified and consider owning those that are most appealing to you. Don't feel compelled to buy every stock added. BRIEF COMMENTS ON WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: SCHW - Confirmed its latest breakout on Friday with heavy volume. FSLR - After triggering two entries, FSLR is breaking out today. Could use more volume, although the MACD is very strong. FRX - Broke out on Friday's close and continuing the advance today. HAS - Nice bounce off initial 20 day EMA test. MCHP - Consolidating between 42.00 and 43.00. NSC - Going to adjust this one to move our 2nd entry up to the rising 20 day EMA. Our 3rd entry will then become 82.00 (instead of 81.00). NUS - Hovering near price support and its rising 20 day EMA. PRGO - Up nearly 10% since being added to this Watch List with hardly a pullback at all. At today's high, it had nearly reached our 152.00 target. CRM - Can it break through closing resistance near 56.00? Mid Cap Watch List: AYI - Another 1.4% higher, approaching resistance near 103.50-104.00. ASNA - Huge move higher earlier, easily breaking above recent highs. A close above 20.60 would be bullish, even more so if additional volume comes in. BRCD - Inching its way towards 8.36 closing price resistance. With earnings out in another week, consider taking profits near resistance. CIEN - Price reversal off last week's low is nice, but volume very light. GNRC - Rebounding without testing its 20 day EMA. I'd like to see it a little lower for second entry. AWAY - Gapped lower at the open, nearly touching our 2nd entry at 32.60 (today's low was 32.63). Has since reversed 2%. LOCK - Was down earlier to test its rising 20 day EMA. Nice bounce since. NTCT - After consolidating for a couple weeks, seems to be regaining strength. 30 is initial closing resistance. SNX - Hit our 63.00 resistance, will need more volume to confirm a breakout. TIBX - Hasn't broken down, but one of the worst performing Watch List stocks no doubt. There is one positive, however. Volume during the selling has been relatively light. Small Cap Watch List: BLDR - Another test of its rising 20 day EMA, I'd like to see this one rally from here. MMSI - Nice recovery, but light volume after triggering our 2nd entry at 15.75. NTRI - Down over 5% today, but still has a ways to fall to our 2nd entry at 16.75. SIGM - Moved below our tight CLOSING stop of 5.10, reaching 5.06 a bit earlier. At last check, was trading at 5.11. Tight leash here. TASR - Has excellent volume trends. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: There are no deletions from our Watch Lists today unless closing stops are violated. Happy trading!
