EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, MARKET NOTE: We've got a consolidation Monday going on so far which isn't bad for the bulls after the nice move higher on Monday. Both the Dow and S&P remain within easy striking range of their respective all time highs. The NASDAQ continues to hang out around 5000 after losing some ground after its recent high of 5119 which put it within reach of its all time high of 5132. And small cap stocks are seeing a little bit of life with the Russell 2000 trying to recapture its 20 day moving average for the first time in two weeks. Bottom line: not too bad of a start to the new week if the bulls are able to retain the bulk of Friday's gains. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We are adding two stocks today to our Watch List: DLB, a Mid Cap stock, at the current price with a second entry at $38.77 with a closing stop of $38.00 and a target of $45.75 and MAT, a Large Cap stock, at the current price with a second entry at $26 with a closing stop of $25.25 and a target of $30.20. The annotated chart and information for both stocks will be added to our site prior to Tuesday's open. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List CSCO - Stock was up nicely earlier today with closing resistance at $29.96. We are REMOVING CSCO from the Watch List as they report earnings on Wednesday. GREAT TRADE! GPRO - Stock is down over 2% on light volume MKC - Stock is currently in a trading range between $74.73 and $78.27 URBN - Stock trading in gap support zone Mid Cap Watch List RH - Stock needs to close back above its 20 and 50 day moving averages. A close above $91.49 would be bullish. Small Cap Watch List MMSI - Up 1% today and currently in a trading range of $19.24 and $20.89. A close above $20.89 on increasing volume would be bullish. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: We are removing CSCO a nice winner because they are reporting their earnings in just two days.
