EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members, MARKET NOTE: The Dow hit a new all time high today with some profit taking right on cue with the bears on high alert. Meanwhile the S&P is trading in a very narrow 3 point range; everyone's hesitating to get too long or too short at the moment. Bond yields are higher with the ten year treasury note up 10 ticks as traders try to figure out if rates have bottomed. We might get some new clues this week when the Fed releases minutes from its last FOMC meeting on Wednesday. In the meantime we must respect that two of the three major indexes are at or close to all time highs in spite of this being an historically weak period of the year. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We are adding FLTX to our Watch List at the current price with a second entry at $37.53 and a closing stop of $37. Target is $46.
