EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: It's a new trading day and week and the overall tone in the market continues to be negative. This in spite of (or because of?) a much stronger than expected jobs report on Friday. The market seem to be in a good news is bad news mode, witness the big spike in bond yields last week. The almost good news for the bulls? The Dow and S&P are at least nearing technically oversold territory. Perhaps this it what it will take to get traders interested in going long stocks. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no new additions today. Patience required here. We have our eyes on a few new candidates and will let you know if/when they will be added to the Watch List. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List GPRO - Set another high since added to our Watch List. Is technically overbought but remains strong. VMW - Pullbacks have been holding the rising 20 day ema so watch for that to continue. Mid Cap Watch List RH - Making breakout on decent volume and a strong MACD. A close above $92.50 would be bullish.
