EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
MARKET NOTE:
A rough start to a new trading day and week. Stocks are down all the way around though off lows of the day. All of the major indexes are technically challenged with the S&P touching support at 2072 earlier in the day before bouncing. Very weak economic reports this morning are not helping. The 20 day moving average has fallen below the 50 day on both the Dow and S&P, never a great sign. The bulls need to resolve that quickly or face additional selling. We'll need to see the S&P get back above 2103 if the bulls hope to regain the technical advantage which currently resides with the bears.

BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS:
Short Watch List:
There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time.
Large Cap Watch List
CAM - Down on light volume but holding its rising 20 day moving average
CTRP - Down on light volume but holding its rising 20 day moving average
MKC - Currently holding its trend line support off the March gap and April low
VMW - Stock has pulled back close to first entry point for those of you who missed first time around. Would help if stock closes back above its 20 day moving average, now at $88.25.
Mid Cap Watch List
DLB - Hit second entry and gap support and trying to print a hammer today
FLTX - Stock is higher today going against the grain
TILE - Down 2.5% on light volume; continues to look good relative to the rest of the market. Look for rising 20 day moving average to hold.
Small Cap Watch List
QIWI - Closed below $27.50 on Friday so is off the Watch List
