EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: Please note: We have updated our Candidate Tracker, removing those stocks we are no longer following and adding some new ones. Right now there are a total of 147 stocks on the Candidate Tracker, some that might end up on our Watch List. Feel free to check them out! MARKET NOTE: A low level follow through today, but higher nonetheless, as traders await the FOMC rate announcement scheduled for 2:00 pm eastern. The S&P is trying to work its way back above 2100 which is step one if the bulls hope to regain technical control of the action. I'm expecting some type of move once the Fed makes its statement but it's a toss up here. The range to watch for at the moment is a close above 2103 on the S&P to the upside and to the downside 2072 which is now support. We might have a better idea of where the market is headed in the near term once the Fed statement is released. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to the Watch List today. We have our eyes on a few new candidates but will hold off until we get through the Fed event. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List CTRP - Nice rebound yesterday after holding its 20 day moving average GPRO - Level to watch here is $60 as a close above that level would be bullish MAT - A Close above $26.60 would be bullish. A close over $27 would be even better! MKC - Nice rebound of late after falling below key moving averages. Anything around $79-79.50 wouldn't be a bad place to consider taking at least some profits. VMW - Big level to watch is $91 as a close above that level would be bullish. Need more volume to help confirm a breakout above that level. Mid Cap Watch List DLB - Yesterday's volume on bounce off of gap support was strong TILE - Up almost 5% on very heavy volume; up over 12% since being added to the the Watch list. The stock is technically overbought so don't hesitate to take profits. Small Cap Watch List MMSI - Trying to make breakout - $21.26 is closing breakout - could use some more volume to confirm.
