EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
MARKET NOTE:
The market is down slightly today on what might be considered normal profit taking after yesterday's strong move higher. The move yesterday included a new all time high on the NASDAQ, something not seen in over 15 years. The move higher returned the technical advantage to the bulls but that could change if selling accelerated later today. Right now the S&P is trading between a range of 2106 to the downside and 2134 to the upside. So far the market has easily absorbed the Fed's rate announcement from the other day and bond yields are lower with the ten year treasury note moving back closer to 2.25%. This is an indication that the fear of sudden and rapid rate increases by the Fed is no longer an issue at the moment. Now we want to see if the bulk of yesterday's gains hold and even better for the bulls would be some renewed buying into the close.
