EB Watch List Update Report

This tells us traders are on the fence here as short term divergences are negative. The NASDAQ managed to put in another all time high; traders do love their tech stocks these days. The bulls know the market will be contained here unless they can close the S&P back above 2130. Until then expect the market to remain stalled. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no new additions to the Watch List today. We're being more cautious at the moment until we see the short term negative divergences play out. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List GPRO - Bounced nicely off of $54-55 price support the other day. A close back above the 200 day moving average, now at $58.93, would be bullish. MAT - Continues to churn near the $27 range. It needs to bust out of that range to move higher. MSFT - Continues to hold gap support RYAAY - Trying to break out again; MACD looks great. Rising 20 day moving average should be great support on any pullback. VMW - Gapped up above price resistance at $91; a strong finish would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List DLB - Breakout on stock is a close above $41.23; still needs more volume to confirm any breakout. Small Cap Watch List CAMP - Stock reports earnings on Monday; will monitor up until end of week.
