EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: First, please note that we will be adding some stocks to and taking some stocks off our Candidate Tracker later today. Also, we are changing the categorization of stocks as follows: -Large Cap - Any stock with a market capitalization of $10 billion or greater -Mid Cap - Any stock with a market capitalization of $2-10 billion -Small Cap - Any stock with a market capitalization of less than $2 billion As a result of this change GPRO and MAT will be moved to the Mid Cap category and Tile will be moved to the Small Cap category. MARKET NOTE: Stocks have bounced to today but not by much as the market is off of its earlier highs. So far the response to yesterday's heavy selling has been weak as traders remain cautious. The VIX spiking by almost 35% yesterday made it clear that fear of further selling is on the mind of market participants. All of the major indexes closed below key technical levels with the Dow closing below its 200 day moving average for the first time since October of last year. And the S&P barely closed above its 200 day. This is a critical level for the bulls to hold if they hope to regain the momentum. And don't expect the bulls to have much say about anything until the S&P closes back above 2100 at a minimum. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We are adding Ebix, Inc (EBIX) to our small cap Watch List at the current price of $32.62 with a second entry on any pullback to $31.43. Additional details including price target and stop loss will be added to our site prior to tomorrow's open.
