EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: First, the market will be closed due to the 4th of July holiday tomorrow so there will be no EB Watch List Update Report until Monday. The market is fairly quiet today as things calm down a bit before the long holiday weekend. Non-farm payrolls came in a little weaker than expected which has taken some pressure off of bond yields which climbed sharply yesterday with all of the goings on in Greece. The bulls aren't out of the woods yet. All of the major indexes remain below their respective 20 and 50 day moving averages. But both the Dow and S&P have so far bounced off of their respective 200 day moving averages, an absolute MUST here if the bulls hope to turn thing around. So at the very least, 2054 needs to hold on the S&P while a close back above 2104 would make the bulls ecstatic. ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions to the Watch List today. We'll hold off on new candidates until we get into next week, especially with uncertainty remaining in Greece. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Short Watch List: There are no Short Watch List stocks at this time. Large Cap Watch List CAM - Trying to bounce off of price support established in May CTRP - Please note this stock has a closing stop below $70. It will be removed from the Watch List if it closes below $70. VMW - Closed below gap support at $85.40 yesterday as well as below its 200 day moving average. We would like to see it close back above both these levels to get back on track. The stock is nearing being technically oversold with stochastics in single digits and the RSI in the 30's. Mid Cap Watch List DLB - Today's low trying to establish a third point on an uptrend line that connects April and June lows Small Cap Watch List EBIX - Up almost 4.5% since being added to the Watch List on Tuesday. Is now testing late June highs. A close above $34.37 would be bullish. MMSI - Want to see this stock hold $21 DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: There are no deletions from the Watch List today unless a Watch List stock hits its stop loss.
