EB Watch List Update Report

John Hopkins -
Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: Day before last 1998 on the S&P was noted as key resistance level. Got exactly to that level. Yesterday 1940-1950 was identified as support. The S&P got as low as 1937 today and is now hovering around 1950. So you can see the range we're working with now. The question becomes, will one of these go prior to the Fed's rate decision next Wednesday? I continue to believe the Fed will stand pat though bond yields are up some today with the yield on the ten year now at 2.22%. So likely will be some hedging going on between now and then, "just in case." I'm also imaging that volatility will remain on the higher end between now and the rate decision. At the moment the VIX is hanging in the 25 range. So it shows that traders remain on high alert, and with good reason. So we need to continue to gut this out while trying to minimize any losses. Hopefully we'll have a better picture of where the market is headed by the middle of next week.
