EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: First, please note that I have added a new Behavior Modification Case Study to my blog which you can find on the site. MARKET NOTE: The bulls were able to take a stand yesterday at a very important juncture, holding 1900 on the S&P and with all of the major indexes higher as we near week's end. Though all of the major indexes are higher they still remain below all key technical levels. But in this type of market the bulls will take anything they can, and holding the early September lows beat the alternative of a full retest of the August 24 low of 1867. Not that this still can't happen; this rally today so far lacks a great deal of conviction as traders continue to remain skeptical. What the bulls need to see at this point is a move and close back over the 20 day moving average, now at 1964. The VIX is at least showing a bit less nervousness, certainly much less when the S&P hit that August 24 low. Now we need to see if the early gains hold and even if the bulls can gain some momentum into the close as that could help set the tone for next week. Small Cap Watch List RUBI - Need to see the stock close above $15.33 VRA - Stock was added to our Watch List yesterday and all important details and a chart have been added to the site DVAX - Stock closed below our closing stop of $28.31 yesterday so has been removed from the Watch List. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: There are no deletions from the Watch List today unless a Watch List stock closes below the stop loss provided.
