ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS:
There are no additions to our Watch Lists today.
BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS:
Large Cap Watch List:
ILMN - Bouncing off of Initial Entry at 92.00.
NUS - Up nicely above our Initial Entry at 111.00. Remember, our Target Price is 120.00. Nothing wrong with taking profits along the way.
ROC - Hit 68.26 earlier. Our Second Entry is 68.25 so we'll consider the entry triggered.
Mid Cap Watch List:
AYI - Selling accelerating with long-term negative divergence present. After nearly reaching our 107.00 Target, AYI becomes a buy or a re-buy if it hits its rising 50 day SMA, effectively resetting its MACD.
DWRE - Has been under heavy selling pressure since announcing a secondary offering a couple days ago. Our Second and Third Entries are at 52.50 and 51.50, respectively, still another 6% or so away.
MEI - Inverse head & shoulder printing? Tuesday's high may have represented the right side of the neckline. If that's the case, a trip back to 24.50-25.00 would potentially mark an inverse right shoulder.
Small Cap Watch List:
BLDR - Trading just beneath its 20 day EMA and nearing price support at 6.90.
ELY - Currently at major gap support with our Second Entry triggering yesterday at 8.11.
SIGM - Tested its 50 day SMA earlier, but leaving a long tail to the top - at least on an intraday basis. Volume is heavy today so a strong finish would be bullish.
DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS:
We are deleting TIBX from our Mid Cap Watch List. The violation of our closing stop at 23.75 is the reason for removal. Volume has been light on TIBX so I certainly understand the argument for keeping it. If you own it and decide to hold it, just make sure you consider setting a final line in the sand.
Happy trading!
