EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
MARKET NOTE:
Stocks are moving higher in unison this morning on the strength of earnings from some large market cap companies. This move higher today includes the NASDAQ leading the way as it approaches its 200 day moving average, now at 4923 which is a critical level that if cleared could help to lead the market higher. At the same time the S&P is now only 15 points from its 200 day, also a critical level of resistance and a which the S&P has not been above since the August 24 flash crash. So we've got very bullish action but also some critically important levels to clear with stochastics on all of the major indexes stretched. RSI's on the respective indexes have not confirmed an overbought condition but the point is the market might need a pullback sometime soon. So 1960 on the S&P is a key level to watch as the market could hit a brick wall if it gets to this level.

ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS:
If you look at a chart of the S&P you will see that the market has gone nowhere in two months. In other words, all that has happened is break even since that time. This has made for a very tricky trading environment at an historically challenging time of the year. This is why we have laid low for quite a while; we needed to get through this period while waiting for a much more favorable time of the year which could potentially last through the beginning of 2016. We intend to hold off doing anything this week unless something changes to convince us otherwise. And with the market nearing key resistance levels we don't want to risk getting aggressive just in time for a possible pullback. So we appreciate the patience of our members while we continue to assess the market and as we look to provide some solid trading candidates that have high reward to risk potential.
Also, as previously reported, We will be adding more stocks to our Candidate Tracker over the weekend and into next week as more companies report.
