EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: The month of November is already off to a good start with all of the major indexes higher. This comes after a very strong October as the market worked its way out of a hole. This renewed interest in stocks does show that all of the major indexes are getting close to being technically overbought but the bid under the market is quite strong. And this is coming with the S&P within easy striking range of 2100 a level not seen since August 18. We have been in buy on the dip mode for quite a while now which has helped to keep the market propped up. So if we do get to that 2100 level and see some profit taking I'm not sure how long it will last. And if the S&P does manage to close back above 2100 it could scare the shorts. All in all a bullish picture during a bullish historical period. We're going to hold off adding any stocks today as the market is a bit stretched here. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List FLEX - Stock tested its 200 day moving average earlier in the session and a close above $11.57 would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List There are no mid cap stocks on the Watch List at this time Small Cap Watch List PLAY - Stock was up over at its high today 1.5% and a close above $39.88 would be very bullish. SWHC - Stock is down 1.5% today and needs to close back above $17.85 to regain momentum. VRA - Stock is struggling today and if it closes below $12 we will remove it from our Watch List.
