EB Watch List Update Report

Once again oil is under pressure with the energy sector leading the move lower today. The bulls are trying to hold key support at important technical levels on all of the indexes. In the case of the S&P that level is 2064. It got as low as 2058 before bouncing some. And now it is sitting just above the 20 and 200 day moving averages which are pretty much aligned. So a lot at stake here for both the bulls and the bears with traders wondering if the worst of the selling is over or if we'll need some more to get more money off the sidelines. It continues to be a time to remain cautious. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS Companies reporting earnings today (November 12) include: AAP, AMAT, CSCO, IGT, KSS, JWN, SIE.DE and VIAB Companies reporting earnings tomorrow (November 13) include: JCP ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We have been cautious all week long, and for good reason. All of the major indexes are trying to hold those key technical levels and if they don't it could spell trouble. So we'll hold off one more day to see how we finish and if we feel more comfortable at any point will let you know of any new additions to our Watch List. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List FLEX - Stock is fairly flat today but we would like to see a close back above $11.57. Mid Cap Watch List There are no mid cap stocks on the Watch List at this time Small Cap Watch List PLAY - Stock is down 2% after a nice move after perking up lately. Would like to see it close back above $39.58 by day's end. SWHC - Stock is down slightly on today's selling. needs to close back above $17.97 to make further progress.
