EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: The market is getting some follow through today with all of the major indexes higher. The bulls are very happy to see the NASDAQ back above 5000 and for the moment the S&P and Dow back above their respective 20 day moving averages and trying to get back over their 200 day moving averages as well. The NASDAQ is also trying to climb back above its 20 day so some important technical levels trying to be negotiated here. This all coming after the unfortunate events over the weekend so the US market showing strength in the face of adversity. Historically this is generally a so-so week that is turning out to be strong. And then when we get into next week it becomes a bullish period. So some encouraging action here for sure. If the bulls can close the S&P over 2064 that would be bullish. To the downside there should be support in the 2020 range. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS Companies reporting earnings today (November 17) include: DKS, HD, JACK and WMT Companies reporting earnings tomorrow (November 18) include: GMCR, NTAP, SINA and TGT ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: Here's my thinking. The market has made a very nice move the past two trading sessions and is now at key resistance. So we don't want to get too aggressive here. At the same time we're getting ready to enter a very bullish time of the year. And there are some nice trading candidates available. SO, we are adding two new Watch List candidates here which includes an initial and second entry level and for those who are more conservative you might want to wait for a pullback before entering since the market has climbed quite a bit in just two days. Here they are: Euronet Service, INC. (EEFT) - Current entry (at time of email) of $77.49 and second entry at $74.25 on a pullback. Closing stop of $71.50 and a target of $86. Nike (NKE) - Current entry (at time of email) of $122.82 and second entry at $116.75 on a pullback. Closing stop of $114 and a target of $133. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List CTXS - Stock is consolidating today and a close above $81.09 would be bullish. FLEX - Stock held its 50 day on the recent pullback and now needs to close back above $11.34 which would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List There are no mid cap stocks on the Watch List at this time Small Cap Watch List PLAY - This stock continues to struggle. It needs to close above $36 or it will be removed from our Watch List. SWHC - A big hurdle for this stock is $17.91 and a close above that level would be bullish.
