EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
First, please note that I have added a new Behavior Modification Case Study to my blog that you will find on the site.
MARKET NOTE:
We saw what happened yesterday when all of the major indexes tried to clear key technical levels. What started out as a promising day faded by the time the market closed. Now we are seeing a similar start to the day today with the S&P trying once again to clear both its 20 and 200 day moving averages. And now traders are wondering where the market might close by day's end. One plus could be history; as we move closer to Thanksgiving the market gets more bullish. That's a week away. And the more shots the bulls take at clearing key technical levels the better chance they have at finally busting through. Maybe! That's how uncertain the market is at the moment, albeit with the positive historical bias. Step one would be a strong close rather than a rally that fades. And a close above 2063 would be positive as well.

ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS:
First, please note that we have added 20 stocks to our Candidate Tracker. We will be adding more stocks over the next day or two.
We added NKE and EEFT to our Watch List yesterday with a caveat that we were facing strong resistance in the major indexes. That remains the same today. We're certainly seeing the wrath and unforgiving nature of the market when a stock makes any type of negative announcement which CTXS did after the bell last night. It's impossible to predict these out of the blue announcements that slam stocks. But it is what it is and is part of trading.
All information will be added to the site today under the Watch List section.
BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS:
Large Cap Watch List
CTXS - Stock is down over 8% on extremely heavy volume. Now it becomes a matter of controlling losses. We have a CLOSING stop of $71.75, meaning if the stock closes below this level it will be removed from our Watch List. Obviously any reversal later in the day would be seen as a first step that the worst of the selling is over.
NKE - Stock is up slightly and next key level of resistance is at $124.61.
FLEX - Stock is flat today and still needs to get back above $11.27 which would be bullish.
Mid Cap Watch List
EEFT - Stock is down just over 1% and needs to close back above $78.38 which would be bullish.
Small Cap Watch List
PLAY - This stock was removed from our Watch List as it closed below our stop level of $36
Watch List.
SWHC - Stock is up almost 1.5% today and needs to close back above $17.89 which would be bullish.
DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS:
There are no deletions from the Watch List today unless a Watch List stock closes below the stop loss
provided.
