EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: First, please note that I have added a new Behavior Modification Case Study to my blog which you will find on the site. MARKET NOTE: Traders are favoring tech stocks today as it is the only index making progress today. But even the NASDAQ is well off its high of the day. The good news for the bulls is the S&P at least got back over 2100 yesterday. It's back below that level so the bulls need to generate some more enthusiasm from traders to try to revisit the 2116 level seen a month ago. In the meantime if the selling picks up the bulls will want to hold the 2078 level. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS Companies reporting earnings today (December 2) include: AEO, NA.TO, RY.TO and SNPS Companies reporting earnings tomorrow (December 3) include: AMBA, BKS, DG, EXPR, FIVE, KR, MIK, OVTI, SHLD and TTC ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We added Juniper Networks (JNPR) to our Large Cap Watch List yesterday and all important information can be found on the site. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List BSX - Stock is up slightly and the next key level of resistance will be near $18.90. FLEX - Stock is nearing its 200 day moving average to the upside and a close above 11.53 would be very bullish. JNPR - Stock is flat for the session. A close above $30.54 would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List EEFT - Stock is down slightly and so far is holding its 50 day moving average, currently at $77.12. This is an important level to hold as a close below that level could take the stock lower. WYN - Stock is higher today and a close back above $77.23 would be bullish. Small Cap Watch List IMPV - Stock is higher today and looks solid technically. INVN - Stock is up another 3% today with our target price of $12.60 in sight. SWHC - Stock is down slightly and needs to close above $18.65 which would be very bullish.
