EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: The job report came out this morning stronger than expected and so far the market has responded positively. In fact the market has regained most of yesterday's losses with traders accepting the fact that the Fed will be raising rates later this month. At the same time OPEC had its annual meeting this morning and has decided to stay pat. This had been seen as being bearish but oil so far is holding the important $40 level. This overall positive reaction this morning has lifted all of the major indexes back above all key technical levels. Now the bulls are hoping to get another shot at the 2100 level with hopes of getting back to an all time high by year end. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS Companies reporting earnings today (December 4) include: There are no key earning report due out today Companies reporting earnings Monday (December 5) include: HRB, UNFI and MTN ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: We are going to hold off adding any stocks to the Watch List today. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List BSX - Stock is up over 1% and the next key level of resistance continues to be near $18.90. FLEX - Stock is up slightly and a close above 11.52 would be very bullish. JNPR - Stock hit our second entry level yesterday of $29.66 and has bounced nicely off of it 50 day moving average. Would like to see it close back above $30.03 which would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List EEFT - Stock hit our second entry level yesterday of $74.25 but needs to get back above $77.21 to get back on track. WYN - Stock is up over 1.2% today and needs to close back above $76.80 which would be bullish. Small Cap Watch List IMPV - Stock hit our second entry level yesterday of $72.08 and has bounced nicely today and is up close to 3%. A close above $74.98 would be very bullish. INVN - Stock held very nicely yesterday and is up almost 2.8% today. A close above $12.30 would be bullish. DELETIONS FROM OUR WATCH LISTS: We removed SWHC from our Watch List yesterday as it hit our target of $13. There are no other deletions from the Watch List today unless a Watch List stock closes below the stop loss provided.
