EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE The bulls have full control of the market today with all of the major indexes higher. The S&P is now within 3 points of resistance at 2081 with the bears knowing if that is cleared then 2100 becomes the next target. And the NASDAQ has cleared (intra day) key resistance at 4926 with 5000 now the next target for the bulls. The VIX is down almost 8% as traders gain more confidence and as more companies start to report earnings. That included JP Morgan this morning with the stock up over 4% on its earnings. Once again I'm most interested in where the S&P closes by day's end. Will traders use the move higher today to take profits or can the bulls build on this momentum into the close? A close above 2078 would have to be seen as bullish and any close below 2062 could indicate traders are not fully committed to taking the market higher. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS Companies reporting earnings today (April 13) include: JPM and TSCO.L Companies reporting earnings tomorrow (April 14) include: BLK, DAL, PGR and WFC ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: I noted yesterday that we added some new stocks to the Candidate Tracker. We are experiencing a technical issue with the links to the stock symbols that we are working to correct and will let you know when they are active. Please note that we added Fossil Group, (FOSL) to our Watch List yesterday and it hit our revised price target this morning of $41.97 so is being removed from the Watch List. GREAT TRADE! BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: SHORTS: There are no shorts on the Watch List at this time LONGS: Large Cap Watch List AMAT - Stock is higher by 1.6%. We still need to see AMAT close back above $21.42 to have a shot at our target price of $21.85. GRMN - This stock hit our price target of Stock of $41.75 this morning so we are removing from our Watch List. GREAT TRADE!
