Subject: EB Watch List Update Report From: [email protected] Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: The market was under a little bit of selling pressure earlier this morning with all of the major indexes lower. The selling is not totally unwarranted; stocks have been on a tear lately with blue chips especially moving into technically overbought territory. Now stocks have mostly turned green with buyers happy to move in on the long side on the selling. The VIX is up over 4% today but still remains below all key technical levels and remains bullish. We're starting to get some key earnings reports and so far the market has responded mostly positively. We'll get some big names later today including GOOGL and MSFT. The S&P dipped back below 2100 earlier but not by much. It got as high as 2111 yesterday which is a level the bulls will now aim to clear with 2116 the next key level of resistance. Should that go then you will hear talk of revisiting the all time high of 2132. A far cry from the worries about the market early in the year. All in all a positive environment for the market that could improve even more if earnings continue to remain strong.
