EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
MARKET NOTE:
The bulls are out in full force today just one day after being in technical trouble. The NASDAQ has gone from being below to being back above all key technical levels while the S&P is back above all key technical levels as well. This change could have not come at a better time for the bulls especially with the 20 day moving average on the S&P slipping below the 50 day just a few days ago. In fact, the strong move today could be partly attributed to short covering, catching those on the short side off guard just when they thought the market could be setting up to move much lower. As usual, it will be important to see where stocks close by day's end. But at least the bulls have some room to work with today. For sure the bulls want to see 2060 hold on any late day profit taking. To the upside, 2084 is now the next key level of resistance. In the meantime, can't chase the current rally and need to see where things settle by day's end.
