EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: We are seeing once again how tough it is for the bulls to make that "final push" to get to an all time high on the S&P. They got close this week, within a dozen points or so, with the bears being rewarded again today for being patient. Now the bulls have a new goal in mind; to close the S&P back above 2100, something they worked hard for and don't want to give up right now. Not surprisingly, the VIX is up over 10%; instant worry after the grind higher day after day. So this is a bit concerning, especially if you are long. The next key number right now is 2091, the 20 day moving average. The bulls don't really want to lose that because it then puts the 50 day, now near 2075, in play. But it might take some more selling to satisfy the bears. Still, the bulls have been relentless lately and any recovery into the close - and the weekend - would be a positive. So the range for now: 2120 to the upside and 2091 to the downside. It would be best if it can close back above $45.90 to keep full technical advantage.
