EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: The bulls decided to not wait for the UK stay/exit decision scheduled for tomorrow. As a result all of the major indexes are higher. Things look better technically today than they did yesterday and now we'll need to see if the early gains hold. All of the major indexes are back above all of their respective moving averages - though the NASDAQ barely - with the S&P pressing up against 2100 - once again. Interestingly the VIX has barely budged and remains above all key technical levels. The inability of the S&P to clear 2100 is troubling but understandable given tomorrow's UK vote. The consensus is that the UK will remain as part of the EU but no one knows how the market will respond and some remain worried that an exit could still occur. So traders are on pins and needles with all of the uncertainty. All of this to say that there's nothing to do at the moment; just too risky. Should the S&P clear 2100 then we can revisit. But until then we'll stand pat.
