EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: I sent out a special market update earlier today so don't have much to add. I do feel the market is at an important level just as we near the election. It's oversold so a rally prior to Tuesday would not surprise me. Having said that, I would still like to see the S&P hold 2194 and after that 2175. And let's remember; a market can remain oversold for an extended period of time. I just feel like there is a decent upside to downside opportunity at this time, and especially if we near that 2175 level on the S&P. KEY EARNINGS REPORTS Companies reporting earnings today (November 3) include: ADS.DE, AGU.TO, APA, AVP, BLL, CBS, CHTR, LNG, CHK, CI, H, KHC, LVS, MHK, MNST, NUS, PGR, RGLD, SWKS and GLE.PA Companies reporting earnings tomorrow (November 4) include: AES, AEE, DUK, HUM, ITT, NRG, PCG, T.TO and USM ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: Two stocks were added to the Watch List today; PPYL and MAN. More on both below. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: SHORTS: There are no shorts on the Watch List at this time LONGS: Large Cap Watch List PPYL - This stock was added at an initial price of $41.29 with a price target of $44.20 and a stop of a close below $40.05. It's pulled back perfectly to its 20 day moving average after gapping up after its earnings so I like the reward to risk here. Mid Cap Watch List MAN - This stock was added at an initial price of $76.65 with a price target of $82 and a stop of a close below $75. It has pulled back nicely on orderly selling and the reward to risk looks strong.
