EB Watch List Update Report

Dear Members: MARKET NOTE: The market was humming along nicely then the president-elect held a press conference that led to a quick reversal in stocks. The NASDAQ had matched yesterday's all time high with the Dow and S&P moving higher as well before the selling kicked in. The selling stalled with all of the major indexes moving back into positive territory the back into red territory; volatility at its finest. The VIX spiked though it has settled down some, still remaining below all key technical levels. So the market is trying to get a handle on what to expect in the future as a new Administration take over. So far the S&P has held its 20 day moving average, now at 2256. The question is, will it hold this level or will the recent momentum wane? This change in the White House come at an interesting time, and just as thousands of companies are getting set to report earnings. So once the dust settles, traders are likely to turn their full attention to earnings reports. Right now the range on the S&P remains 2282 to the upside and 2256 to the downside. Let's see what happens later today and if the bulls hold the momentum or if the earlier selling resumes. Needs to clear $109 to continue towards our target. Mid Cap Watch List NUAN - Stock is flat for the day and so far holding all key moving averages. Small Cap Watch List TRUE - Stock is down slightly and so far is holding all key moving averages. Would still like to see it close back above the most recent high close of $13.12.
