EB Watch List Update Report

MARKET NOTE: Dear Members: The bulls finally got the break they have been waiting for with the S&P and the NASDAQ both hitting all time highs. Once again the VIX dipped below 10 as fear totally disappeared. The market seems to be pleased with the FOMC minutes from its last meeting that were released yesterday and showed the Fed wants to be careful about asset disposition and rate raises. The Dow now remains the one index unable to clear its all time high. But it wouldn't take much to see it clear that level, now at 21,169. But it's clear that blue chip stocks are at the back of the pack here. Now that the S&P has hit a level never seen before, what might be next? Assuming it holds today's gains then I would watch for 2425. If traders get nervous and decide to take some profits it will be important the S&P holds 2406, heretofore major resistance. The bulls have all the momentum here so it's theirs to give up. Certainly the shorts have something to think about today with the market now in uncharted territory.
