EB Watch List Update Report
MARKET NOTE:
Dear Members:
The selling out of the chute has cooled some with stocks off their session lows. The extremely loved NASDAQ hit another record high today before traders decided to take some well earned profits off the table. The VIX has perked up after dipping back into the 9's but still remains below all key technical levels, favoring the bulls. Traders continue to buy on the dips and as long as that keeps up the market should be fine, but if that changes, we could see additional selling. Right now the bulls are looking to hold 2400 on any selling with 2395, the 20 day moving average, the first line of technical support. To the upside, 2418, the recent all time high, is the new target. So we've got a narrow trading range here with the S&P sitting right in the middle, but above all key technical levels. So for the moment the bulls remain in charge.
