EB Watch List Update Report

MARKET NOTE: Dear Members: Traders remain in a buying mood with all of the major indexes higher. The NASDAQ remains technically overbought; maybe we better get used to that for a while. Market "comfort level" is high with the VIX remaining below all key technical levels; traders continue to stubbornly hold on to their stocks. It appears that traders are much more in tune with earnings - they have mostly been strong - than the other "noise" swirling around out there. Of course there is hope that there will be other initiatives to help stimulate the economy and further jolt earnings but right now that seems to be secondary; the status quo seems to be OK for now. The current trading range on the S&P seems pretty well defined at the moment; 2440 to the upside and 2410 to the downside; 30 points to work with. The bulls would much rather see a break out to stimulate some excitement. Maybe they'll have to wait a while but there's no denying the bulls have the upper hand here. As a reminder we have a stop of any close below $17.35. TER - Stock is up 1.7% today and a close above $35.71 would be very bullish. Mid Cap Watch List None at this time Small Cap Watch List BLMN - Stock is fairly flat as it tries to clear its 20 day moving average, currently at $20.52, which would be positive. CYH - Stock was added to the Watch List today at an entry price of $8.38 with a price target of $9.45 and a stop of any INTRA DAY MOVE below $8.
