EB Watch List Update Report

MARKET NOTE: Dear Members: The market is pumping on all cylinders today with all of the major indexes hitting record highs. And if you look at the VIX you will have to go back to the early 1990's to see a number as low as it is today. In some respects this is scary; there's not a care in the world. On the other hand it's hard to argue with the very bullish action. We continue to have a very stretched NASDAQ with the S&P and Dow near overbought territory as well. However the bulls have been waiting for the S&P to clear 2440 which is exactly what happened today. This nice move higher comes as the Fed gets set to gather for two days next week culminating in an interest rate announcement. Right now the market is expecting them to boost rates by 25 basis points. So the only surprise at this point would be if the Fed decided to not raise rates. Now that the S&P has cleared that 2440 level what's next? 2450 seems very possible. It's only a handful of points away. As a reminder we have a stop of any close below $17.35. TER - Stock is fairly flat up another 1.4% today and a close above yesterday's close of $35.78 would be bullish. Mid Cap Watch List None at this time Small Cap Watch List BLMN - Stock is up almost 2.5% today and a close above $21.51 would be bullish. CYH - Stock is up almost 1%. Would like to see it close back above $8.78 which would be very positive.
