Dear Members, NOTE: Alcoa (AA) kicked off earnings season last night with a great big THUD. Hundreds of companies will be reporting over the next few weeks, so buckle up and get ready for the next group of Watch List additions! (We are currently down to 23 Watch List stocks after having more than 50 on our Lists recently) KEY EARNINGS REPORTS: Friday: None Monday: None ADDITIONS TO WATCH LISTS: There are no additions at this time. BRIEF COMMENTS ON SELECT WATCH LIST STOCKS: Large Cap Watch List: HAR - Continues its breakout and ascent - and on excellent volume. Bullish. PRGO - Extending gains from recent sessions. ROC - Attempting to close at its highest level in a month. SPLK - Nice 20 day EMA test and bounce. TIF - Ugly candle today on big volume. Given that long-term negative divergence, expect a 50 day SMA test. Mid Cap Watch List: LOCK - Breaking out of an inverse head & shoulders pattern that measures to 19.25. NUVA - Pulling back off overbought conditions. Should find price support near 33.75. OPEN - Weak, but holding onto key moving average support thus far. Small Cap Watch List: ELY - 8.62 and 8.73 are the two levels to watch. A close above both on heavy volume and ELY will likely be off to the races. MMSI - Cleared its 20 day EMA on Thursday, now has its sights set on price resistance closer to 16.00. TASR - Breaking out above 18.00 today, that now becomes price support.
