EB Watch List Update Report
Dear Members:
MARKET UPDATE
The bulls continue to carry the momentum into another day with all of the major indexes higher. The pecking order remains the same with blue chip stocks mostly in favor while tech stocks continue to play catch up. The S&P moved one step closer to re-visiting its all time high but still has a bit of work to do. The VIX is showing traders are back to being quite calm as it dipped back 9 earlier in the sessions. All of this developing as Fed chairwoman Janet Yellen wrapped up her testimony before Congress. It also comes one day before we hear from several of the biggest banks; Citigroup, JP Morgan, PNC and Wells Fargo, all set to release earnings before the opening bell tomorrow. At its peak today the S&P got within 6 points of its all time high. So you can bet the bulls are aiming to clear that number, currently at 2453.82. The NASDAQ has made a strong move off of its recent bottom but still remains well off its all time high. But if earnings start coming out strong we could see the market move even higher.

LONGS:
Large Cap Watch List
DRI - We added DRI yesterday at an entry price of $89.78 with a price target of $94.50 and a stop of any close below its 50 day moving average, currently at $88.65. If it closes below that level it will be removed from the Watch List.
Mid Cap Watch List

Small Cap Watch List
TGI - Stock is fairly flat after recent move higher. A close above $33.05 would put the stock one step closer to reaching our price target of $33.85.
PLAY - Stock is down by over 1% as it has tried both yesterday and today - without success - to clear both its 20 and 50 day moving averages. A close back above the 50 day, currently at $67.03, would be very bullish.
